The last few weeks this Winter we have progressed a lot in our 'Spanish I' course here at GCE. We have learned things like how to describe spatial relation like aqui : here, ahi : there, and alli : there (farthest). we also learned all the various names for the rooms of a house as well as what chores can be done there. The last thing we learned was the different conjugations for -er, -ar, and -ir verbs. The goal for this units action project was to put all that we learned together. To achieve this we created a labeled floor plan for our very own house design in google drawings with a living room, a bedroom, a dining room, and a bathroom. Once we did that we focused on practicing our verb endings and spatial relation by writing about all the different chores you can do in each room with the correct conjugations on them and using estar in a sentence to reflect on location.
